All campaigns are delivered via external promotional distribution channels using natural pacing windows to ensure organic consistency with platform algorithms.

3. Customer Responsibilities and Link Requirements

To ensure safe and uninterrupted order fulfillment, customers agree to adhere to the following operational standards:

• Public Account Status: Your social media account or target link must remain completely public from the moment the order is placed until full delivery is confirmed. Changing an account to private during an active promotion will stall delivery and void refill guarantees.
• Accurate Target URLs: Customers are solely responsible for providing the exact, valid link (e.g., https://instagram.com/username or post URL). We cannot re-route or alter a campaign once dispatch has commenced.
• No Simultaneous Orders: To avoid counter-tracking discrepancies, do not run overlapping promotional orders for the exact same handle or link across multiple providers at the same time.
• Zero Password Policy: Social2Viral will never ask for your account password or two-factor authentication tokens. Do not share your login credentials with anyone claiming to represent Social2Viral.
• Prohibited Content: We strictly prohibit orders directed to accounts promoting hate speech, illegal substances, fraud, scams, harassment, or infringing material. Orders targeting prohibited content will be terminated without refund.

4. Delivery Timelines and Service Level Agreements (SLA)

Delivery timeframes provided on our website are operational estimates:

• Order Initiation: Most orders initialize within 1 to 2 hours of payment verification.
• Completion Window: Full delivery generally concludes within 12 to 72 hours, depending on the service tier, target platform, and ordered quantity. Natural drip-feed pacing is intentionally applied on large packages to protect profile health.
• Third-Party Network Delays: Periodic updates to social media platform algorithms or routine maintenance may temporarily delay counter updates. In such events, our support desk tracks and resolves pending batches.

6. Pricing, Payments and Currency

All prices are transparently displayed before checkout in USD or your selected regional currency. Payments are accepted through major Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), direct Cryptocurrency settlement, and authorized regional payment rails (including UPI for eligible domestic customers).

Social2Viral reserves the right to modify promotional rates at any time. Any price adjustment will not impact orders already placed and paid for.

7. Limitation of Liability

Social2Viral shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, anticipated profits, or business interruption.

Our maximum aggregate liability arising from or relating to any order shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for that specific transaction.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these terms or the services provided by WOW MEDIA (trading as Social2Viral) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
