• Public Link or Handle: The public destination URL (such as an Instagram username, TikTok video URL, YouTube link, or channel link) that you submit for promotion.
• Contact Information: Your email address or WhatsApp phone number provided during checkout, used strictly to send order confirmation receipts, status updates, and tracking links.
• Transaction References: Order identifiers and payment verification references (such as the 12-digit UPI UTR number or payment gateway transaction ID) required to confirm settlement.
• System Diagnostics: Non-personally identifiable diagnostic data including browser type, operating system, and IP address collected for rate-limiting, bot defense, and fraud prevention.

Social2Viral prioritizes transaction security through certified external financial infrastructure:

• Credit & Debit Cards: All card transactions are routed through PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processors with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never see or store full card numbers, expiration dates, or CVV codes.
• Cryptocurrency Payments: Direct digital asset transfers (such as USDT, USDC, BTC, ETH) operate peer-to-contract over decentralized blockchain ledgers. We only record the public transaction hash to verify order completion.
• Regional Payment Methods & UPI: For customers utilizing domestic payment rails (including UPI in India), transactions are authorized directly within certified banking apps. We receive only the transaction reference number (UTR) to reconcile settlement.

We retain transaction records and order telemetry for as long as necessary to comply with financial reporting standards, resolve disputes, and maintain service refill warranties.
